DELIVERY & RETURNS

Delivery details...

Orders received before 3pm will be dispatched the same business day.

Belfast 
Orders coming into our store from the Belfast area will be delivered same day by our express courier service.  Expect a call to make sure you are at the delivery address.  This is usually within 2-3 hours.


United Kingdom 
For our UK mainland customers, your parcel will be shipped by FedEx for £5.  This excludes some highland and island postcodes. This is a two day service.

Northern Ireland
If the order value is over £100, customers in Northern Ireland will have orders fulfilled by a FedEx next day service for no charge, or you can choose to collect from the Please Don't Tell store and incur no delivery charge.  Orders of a value less than £100 will incur a £5 delivery charge.

Orders are dispatched following the successful processing of your bank and address details.  We will send you an email immediately notifying you that your order has been shipped.

This ‘email’ will include a unique tracking link enabling you to view the location of your order online via the FedEx website. Unfortunately we cannot provide a specific delivery time. We would also like to add that any orders placed on Friday or over the weekend will not be shipped until Monday.

Please note that FedEx requires a signature upon delivery for the receipt of your order. If no one is in at your given shipping address, they will leave a note with full details on how to arrange re-delivery, collection from your local Post Office or collection from your local Delivery Depot.

Republic of Ireland
Customers from the Republic of Ireland will also have orders fulfilled by a FedEx two day service for £5.

Orders are dispatched following the successful processing of your bank and address details.  We will send you an email immediately notifying you that your order has been shipped.

This ‘email’ will include a unique tracking link enabling you to view the location of your order online at the FedEx website (fedex.com/gb/track/). Unfortunately we cannot provide a specific delivery time and please do allow 2-3 working days for delivery.

Please note that FedEx employs couriers that require a signature upon delivery for the receipt of your order. If no one is in at your given shipping address, they will leave a note with full details on how to arrange re-delivery.

 

Mainland Europe
For our mainland Europe customers, your order will also be shipped by FedEx. We charge £10 for shipping per order.

Orders are dispatched following the successful processing of your bank and address details. Generally orders received before 3pm local time will be dispatched the same day; we will send you an email immediately notifying you that your order has been shipped.

This ‘email’ will include a unique tracking link enabling you to view the location of your order online at the FedEx website (fedex.com/gb/track/). Unfortunately we cannot provide a specific delivery time. Delivery time is next day to mainland Europe.

Rest of World (Americas & Caribbean, Oceania, Asia, Africa, Middle East)
For customers that live outside the UK & EU, for example, USA, your order will be shipped by FedEx. We charge £20 for shipping per order.

Orders are dispatched following the successful processing of your bank and address details. This process which ensures your safety and ours against Credit Card fraud, can take up to 24hrs after you have placed your order, but we will send you an email immediately notifying you that your order has been shipped.

This email will include a unique tracking link enabling you to view the location of your order online at the FedEx website (fedex.com/gb/track/). Unfortunately we cannot provide a specific delivery time. Delivery time is a generally two day service, some areas such as the East Coast of the USA can be next day. Moreover, your order might incur additional charges depending on the duty and tax regulations of your country of residence.

Please note that FedEx employs couriers that require a signature upon delivery for the receipt of your order. If no one is in at your given shipping address, they will leave a note with full details on how to arrange re-delivery.

We would also like to add that we cannot post some items to international destinations due to customs restrictions.

 

 

Returns...

Returns are free from addresses within the UK and Ireland for all non-sale items.  If you wish to return your item, please contact us and we will send you a pre paid returns label.

We guarantee to refund any item purchased on shoppleasedonttell.com that you are not completely happy with, when you return it to us in a saleable condition within 14 days of receipt.  The refund can not be processed until the item is received back to us in a re-saleable condition with all tags intact.

Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. In the interests of hygiene we do not offer refunds on pierced jewellery, hosiery, underwear or swimwear, unless they are of unsatisfactory quality or unfit for purpose. Please also note that items must be returned with all of the barcode tags intact.

In addition to our returns policy, under the Distance Selling Regulations EU customers have seven working days (beginning the day after receipt) to cancel your purchase.  In this case, we will provide a full refund but you must return the cancelled items to us in a saleable condition. If we do not receive the cancelled items back, we may arrange to collect them from you at your cost.

For your convenience, customers can also return unwanted online purchases to our store. Please ensure that you bring your despatch note with you as your proof of purchase. You will also require the card that was used to purchase the order online. If you are not the cardholder for the order, they will need to be present at the time of return to store to accept the refund back onto their credit/debit card.

Items bought in the online sale may be exchanged or returned for a full refund, we ask that you return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order.

in the case of international returns: items are to be shipped at the buyers expense, this includes all taxes and duties.  Items must be labeled clearly as 'returned goods'. Purchases remain the responsibility of the buyer until the package reaches our store.
