Returning Items
Returns are free within the UK and Ireland. If you are unhappy with your purchase; excluding hosiery and earrings, simply post the item back to us using the returns label that we will send you (UK and Ireland only) and we will be happy to give a refund within 14 days of receipt of your purchase.
Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging, unworn and unwashed with all labels intact. Items not in this condition will be returned to the customer at the customer's cost.
